Before taking off from Amsterdam, be sure to visit this peaceful, spacious oasis for some much needed rest and relaxation. Enjoy a rejuvenating shower, delectable food and snack options (including the famed stroopwafels!), and an extensive collection of beverages, including Heineken on tap. There’s plenty of room to work, nap, or relax away from the hectic terminal outside.

Huge lounge. Quiet. Easy access. Great choice of drinks
This lounge has huge, multi food/drink stands, nice tarmac views, quiet areas with lounge beds, free WiFi, and many Flying Blue customer service agents ready to help.
Huge lounge, but it can fill up quickly. Staff are always grumpy and rude. Wait time for showers can be over an hour. Coffee, stroopwafels, and cheese. Only beer is warm Heineken. Fast WiFi.
Great seating and food selection. Sleeping rooms and smoking rooms are great.
This is a great, large lounge with a moderate selection of food and multiple types of seating. They also have Heineken on tap!
Rather nice lounge overall, if it wasn't for the food.
Very large lounge and quiet. Good food and beverages.
Miles from terminal D but no other choice inside passport control. No bottled water or snacks to take away. Couldn't see any hot food either but I was in a rush and the staff were unhelpful.
Very basic. Very little choice for food. Not the kind of lounge you would expect for KLM's intercontinental hub.
I would give this lounge a higher rating if it weren't for the awful music they were playing.
Huge! Lots of food and drink options. Hot foods and soups, sandwiches, and snacks. All the alcohol you can ask for. Lots of room to work and relax. Many places to sit. KLM never disappoints.
The problem wth this place is, it will let anyone in. If you're dressed like a scruff, no worries. I remember when you had to be dressed properly to get in.
While this is very busy lounge, the drink selection and shower cleanliness is well worth it.
Has all the charm of a major hub lounge. AF lounges are much nicer. Food and drinks are decent but nothing to write home about. Insanely busy around 10 am before Int'l flight bank to US, ME & Africa.
Large lounge with lots of seating but balances the size without feeling like a lobby. Great. Good drinks, limited food from what I saw but this is what a good (large) lounge should be like. No USB.
The lounge had great showers and beverage selections; but could improve on its hot food options. The service was fine.
Large, plenty of seating and power, and the best meal I've eaten in 20 hours.
The drinks are good, and the food is okay. Overall, it's a clean lounge with good WiFi. Also, it has a smoking area (thank goodness!).
Great lounge - limited food choices, usually enjoy their soup and the showers are great, if wait not too long. Often a problem. But gets ya feeling human again after traveling all night!!
Very large and comfortable lounge with great food and beverage options. Every thing you can ask for in a lounge.
One of my all time favorite lounges. Hot food, partial self-service bar with champagne, and lots of seating.
Solid lounge, gigantic with plenty of seating. Relatively limited food selection for the main international lounge from KLM.
Nice first experience. Staff had problems keeping up with the amount of people though.
Crown Lounge fails due to its lack of personality, and inside service sympathy. I felt welcomed at the entrance and ignored inside. Other than that the food is good but limited choices. Good drinks.
On the wall next to the champagne are larger water glasses, and the orange juice is around the corner by the hot food. You're welcome ;-)
A wonderful lounge. A large selection of drinks, plenty of snacks, some soup and warm food. Excellent wifi, plenty of power outlets. Very clean. A poor selection of reading material is a shame.
Big, limited food choices, very crowded before US flight, far from D gates.
Super crowded!! Not so peaceful...😩
Priority Pass doesn't get you in. If you're used to US Delta lounges you'll find this one crowded and on the sub premium side. That said, I've read it's a better lounge at AMS.
Too crowded, unapologetic staff for a 10 min wait to enter, not a lot of food choice. Will try and avoid in future.
At the entry to Concourse F, take the stairs up to the lounge area and follow the signs to the lounge.
