SatisfactoryTried getting one at 7am on a Saturday and they were all booked. You can't book one in advance, but you can call ahead to check availability before making the trek there.

Worth a DetourBeen here twice and each time I've been told they are full. There's only about 5 or 6 available at the busiest airport in the world, which seems odd.
OutstandingExtremely clean, quiet and comfortable.
Worth a DetourI thought it would be a bed. More a couch-ish setup. That said, with the white noise (in room control) and a blanket provided, I was out cold. Not luxury. But man, that sleep was a life saver. Recommend.
Worth a DetourBesides the fact that there is no on site restroom/shower, I'm a fan. Room was very clean and well equipped. Staff was very nice. Perfect place to spend a 6 hour overnight layover.
