Important Information

  • Children under 2 years old are admitted free with an adult. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by adult.
  • Due to peak seasonal activity, lounge membership programs may be restricted between 6:00 am - 10:00 am daily.
  • Champagne is subject to payment.
  • Smart casual dress at all times.
  • Restrooms are located outside the lounge in the public terminal.
  • Lounge access is granted up to 3 hours prior to passenger flight departure time.
  • Special holiday hours are as follows: 24th Dec (Christmas Eve): 4:30 am - 6:00 pm, 25th Dec (Christmas Day): 4:30 am - 1:30 pm, 26th Dec (Boxing Day): 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, 31st Dec (New Year's Eve): 4:30 am - 4:30 pm, 1st Jan (New Year's Day): 5:30 am - 6:00 pm.

Located in Main Terminal (Inside Security). After security, pass through 'World Duty Free' and into the main departure hall. The lounge is located directly ahead, between 'WH Smith' and 'Next'.
    Travel times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Airports may require you to re-clear security and immigration control to reach the lounge. Clearing security might require a boarding pass departing from the terminal. For lounges inside security or immigration, you must first check your baggage and obtain your boarding pass.
    Needs ImprovementLounge was empty but was told it was allegedly booked up so passengers with PP were not allowed. Understand it happens during the high season, but not in the off season.

    Worth a DetourExcellent service, good variety of drinks and snacks. Vegan dishes on the menu! Comfortable seats and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Sometime can be packed so be aware. Recommended. NO toilets.

    Worth a DetourThe best of the standard lounges at BHX. There is a small, reasonable food selection and mid-range drinks. The ambience is more suited to leisure travellers than the Aspire lounges.

    OutstandingExcellent lounge with great staff. Food was above average and they had a menu to choose from! Highly recommendable!
