SatisfactoryLounge was too hot and very dated. Shower room was dingy and mouldy. Food (very basic) hasn’t changed in 30 years. They need to completely revamp their catering. Disappointing for a flagship lounge.

Worth a DetourA bit crowded in the morning - a wait for the bathrooms. Decent food and drink options. Concur that when the Orchid Lounge is not open this lounge does get mobbed.

Needs ImprovementThe seats, tables, and even walls are old, scuffed, and stained. The seating is all close, confined, and all identical. I'd avoid this lounge if you have access elsewhere.
