SatisfactoryNo food other then cheese platters, had to wait for restock which was fine. Service was good, overall very full, you g kids running around I could do without.
    😎February 2019
Needs ImprovementOnly come here if you are PP and the Air France lounge is full. Worse food, drinks, seating, no alcohol available to self serve. Dirty and unkept.
    AnonymousFebruary 2019
Satisfactory5pm on a Sunday, put on a wait list because not flying Air Lingus.
    BillyJanuary 2019
Needs ImprovementPriority Pass wait list...again. Lounge didn’t seem full. I was told it would be over an hour.
    AnonymousJanuary 2019
SatisfactoryNice place to stop at if you have an hour or so to kill in the terminal, quiet and comfortable. Food options are okay for a quick snack. Tried to visit a 2nd time and they had a waiting list for PP.
    MichaelJanuary 2019
Worth a DetourCame her with my daughter and had no wait with Priority Pass at 3pm here on a Friday. Solid snack/light food options.
    KateDecember 2018
Needs ImprovementPriority Pass waitlist is a joke. The lounge is 2/3 empty, yet they have about 10+ people on the waitlist.
    MichaelDecember 2018
OutstandingI cane in at 1:00pm. Place is totally empty. Food is good and the staff keeps the area very clean.
    MikeDecember 2018
SatisfactoryPriority Pass has to go on a waiting list. What’s the point?
    gumbyNovember 2018
Needs ImprovementLounge is completely empty but there is a 30 person wait list. Terrible lounge and service.
    AndrewNovember 2018
Needs ImprovementWent to go in, lounge had maybe 3 people in it. Said there was at least a 30 minute wait. Waiting to wait? No thank you.
    AnonymousOctober 2018
Needs ImprovementNo problem getting in on a Sunday at 11:30 am with Priority Pass. However, the lounge is subpar. No good food selections. Not enough outlets. Staff seem to hate their jobs. Better than nothing though.
    AnonymousSeptember 2018
Needs ImprovementTold there was a thirty minute wait to get in. Didn’t have time for that, so it was a big waste of time to hike all the way down to this club. Surely had something to do with EI and TP customers.
    JamesJuly 2018
SatisfactoryVery basic lounge. Food options were minimal. In need of renovation. WiFi worked fine.
    AnonymousJuly 2018
SatisfactoryPriority Pass, no trouble getting in at 3pm on Saturday. Staff might be the LEAST friendly I’ve ever seen, NO one smiles. They barely look at you. Food not good but bar has 1/2 decent choices.
    JimJuly 2018
Needs ImprovementA total joke. Don’t even bother walking there. It’s a lounge dominated by Aer Lingus and TAP first class.
    AnonymousJuly 2018
Needs ImprovementAs stated by others, they don’t let Priority Pass in and put you on a waiting list. Very nasty, and very prepared to tell you “no.” Don’t even plan on trying to use this place.
    AnonymousJune 2018
Needs ImprovementRude to Priority Pass customers. Rejected four of us with a half empty lounge. Purportedly saving the lounge space for other customers that could potentially arrive. Should be removed from network.
    MarkJune 2018
Worth a DetourInitially gave me a hard time with Platinum and Priority card. Then when I told them the reviews were accurate they let me right in. Once in club was great.
    AnonymousJune 2018
Needs ImprovementWould not allow access for Priority Pass or Amex even though only a handful of people in lounge. Extremely rude desk attendant offered to sell admission.
    JasonMay 2018
Needs ImprovementWould not let in with Plat Amex. Priority Pass wait list “can only let in 5 of those customers at a time”.
    MatthewMay 2018
Needs ImprovementAccess denied with Priority Pass. They wouldn't even let me in for 5 minutes when I mentioned flight was boarding soon. Rudest staff of any lounge I've ever been to. Outlets in entrance don't work.
    AidanApril 2018
SatisfactoryAccess denied with a waiting list...the place was so empty. Tsk tsk
    SameerApril 2018
Needs ImprovementAccess denied at 3:30pm on a Sunday with Priority Pass, despite being visibly not crowded.
    JanetApril 2018
OutstandingNo issues getting in with Priority Pass, not crowded, good food. Very quiet, and the staff work hard to immediately clean up after people.
    AnonymousMarch 2018
Needs ImprovementThey won't take Priority Pass but will sell you an admission. Complete crap.
    AnonymousMarch 2018
Needs ImprovementWould not accept Priority Pass or Star Alliance Gold. Put me on a waiting list for entry and told me to go to another terminal.
    JonMarch 2018
SatisfactoryFood is meh (lots of snacks, 2 soups, styrofoam cups o’ ramen - seriously), beverages are decent. However, the bartender keeps walking away which makes getting a drink weird.
    AnonymousJanuary 2018
Needs ImprovementDirty lounge. Few power outlets. Decent bar. If you can get in for free, better than the seats at the gate. If you have to pay $40, skip it and go to Legal Seafood instead.
    EricJanuary 2018
Worth a DetourPriority Pass at 6:15am - no issues. Very convenient when flying JetBlue. Respectable continental breakfast. Good coffee. Just Irish publications. Use Logan internet. Definitely worth stopping by.
    AnonymousNovember 2017
SatisfactoryOK lounge, not a lot of food but drinks are okay. Went in the afternoon, no problem getting in with Star Alliance Gold. A problem is the newspapers : only Irish ones ! Should at least have a US one like NYT.
    MartinOctober 2017
Worth a DetourFlight cancelled so had to fly out of terminal C on a different airline. Had to wait to get in during busy time so was on waitlist, came back 30 min later and was let in. Service/food good.
    RichardOctober 2017
Worth a DetourWe were the last Priority Pass allowed in 3pm on a Sunday. Place was clean but not a ton of chargers. Food was pretty good with soup, sandwiches and some snacks. Now has TVs and newer chairs.
    MattOctober 2017
Needs ImprovementUnable to access again. Wait time > 30min.
    ElizabethSeptember 2017
Worth a DetourUnlimited alcohol I think. Fancy coffee including mocha. Comfortable chairs as long as you can find a charging spot. Food needs some uplifting though.
    NeilSeptember 2017
SatisfactoryConveniently located, but often unhelpful for Priority Pass holders - don't expect to go in immediately unless you are a business or first class TAP flyer.
    AnonymousSeptember 2017
Needs ImprovementReally bad coffee. Buy coffee elsewhere and bring in.
    AnonymousSeptember 2017
Worth a DetourVery convenient if you're flying JetBlue. Our gate is literally across the walkway. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit salad, cereal, yogurt changes to lunch around 11 am.
    AnonymousSeptember 2017
Needs ImprovementDoesn't allow Priority Pass in before 5:05pm (on Sunday 8/6/17).
    willyAugust 2017
Needs ImprovementAccess denied if you are not TAP or Aer Lingus business class during certain hours. Even though there was a lot of space, they hold space open in case those passengers show up.
    Todd SnyderAugust 2017
Worth a DetourCame in at 1:00 on a Tuesday. Started filling up a little after 2:00. TAP/Aer Lingus flights are 5:36, 6:20, 7:15, & 9:20, so probably busy just before then. Nice spread, decent selection at bar.
    AngieAugust 2017
Worth a DetourThe chairs are starting to show their wear. There are a lot of chairs that are stained and could use a good shampooing. The staff is nice and friendly. The A/C is off but have portable A/C units.
    CharlieJuly 2017
Needs ImprovementDenied entry. Only Aer Lingus and TAP Business & 1st class allowed in. Why bother?
    BrianJuly 2017
SatisfactoryEmpty during the day midweek. Great if you can pop in for a free cold one and kill 30 mins.
    AnonymousJune 2017
Needs ImprovementApparently they honor Priority Pass only if the lounge is not too full. This is Boston...go figure!
    Michele June 2017
Needs ImprovementCame here, was told it was full and there was "reserved seating". Was told that before I even opened my mouth, so it's unclear to me how they determined to not admit me.
    apJune 2017
Needs ImprovementAlways seems to be "on hold" to Priority Pass.... not much of a lounge if you can't get in :-(
    AndyMay 2017
Worth a DetourThis probably fills up fast. Roomier than it looks with comfortable chairs to the right. Full complimentary bar if you ask. If it's not crowded, it's a good escape on Terminal C. Jetblue info boards.
    WillemMay 2017
Needs ImprovementArrived at 3:30 on a Monday and was told that they weren't letting Priority Pass members in until after 5pm. Lounge did not look that busy. Disappointing.
    YadimApril 2017
Worth a DetourBasic snack items, 2 soups, finger sandwiches, and a full house at 3:45pm on a Monday. Bathrooms are very basic too, but everything is clean.
    LizApril 2017
SatisfactoryOut of the 3 staff here at the moment, 1 appears to not enjoy her job e.g. throwing bottles into the trash from a distance, standing at the bar looking at records instead of cleaning up.
    RachelMarch 2017
Worth a DetourVery clean and nice but way too hot. It's Feb and it had to be 80 degrees in the lounge.
    AnonymousFebruary 2017
Needs ImprovementTurning away all Priority Pass members 2/10/2017, claiming backlogged flights from a snow storm will only allow business customers to be accommodated. They would let me pay for a day pass. Hypocrites.
    LongFebruary 2017
Needs ImprovementService is poor and for some reason I had to wait because it was full but clearly not. When I got in it was also not full and a disappointment.
    PeterFebruary 2017
Worth a DetourSmall but open and friendly. Unlike other reviewers I had no problems at all with wifi. Only complaint is lack of power outlets.
    Rainer FuchsJanuary 2017
Worth a DetourI flew JetBlue so this was convenient. I had to wait an hour to get in as it was too full. Clam chowder, veggie soup, olives, pasta salad, chips, sofa & juice. My flight was delayed; happy to have it.
    AnonymousOctober 2016
Worth a DetourPretty good spot. Food could be better. Drinks are good, with plenty of soft and hard choices.
    BrendanSeptember 2016
Needs ImprovementNice place, no shower, average food, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Internet, in fact there's no internet, you just use the same public network people outside use, which is awful. Total ripoff.
    AnonymousSeptember 2016
SatisfactoryQuiet although moderately busy. Courteous staff, average amenities. Generous window view. Furniture could be upgraded. Fully automatic espresso/coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. Tazo tea bags.
    DavidAugust 2016
SatisfactorySmall, but bright and clean. Very minimal food options (bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal) but on par with most domestic lounges. Nespresso machine. No showers but otherwise okay for a few hours.
    WayneAugust 2016
OutstandingVery friendly, attentive staff! Quiet, clean and comfortable.
    JimAugust 2016
Worth a DetourThis is a solid lounge that is clean, quiet and acceptable for 80% of travelers. Self service coffee station, snacks and soft bevs. Fine selection of alcohol if you're not a wine drinker.
    ChrisianoAugust 2016
SatisfactoryComfortable seating w/ good charging access. Basic breakfast - cereal, fruit, yoghurt, pastries. Single serving coffee machine. Update my 2nd visit: no wifi! They don't have their own & Loganwifi down.
    WendyAugust 2016
OutstandingSure not a 5* international lounge. But for a Priority Pass lounge in domestic terminal, it's really great. Very spacious.
    AnonymousAugust 2016
Worth a DetourBasic all access lounge. Clean, comfortable, full selection open bar, basic food options (popcorn, chips, veg sticks, soups, sandwiches, cheese cubes), Perrier and any juice or soda you can think of.
    Teddy WilkinsJuly 2016
Worth a DetourNice lounge. Some food. Wifi, I think they use Logan's general wifi. Could not get it to work very fast. Used my hot spot instead.
    AndrewJune 2016
OutstandingExcellent small lounge in terminal C. Very attentive staff. Complimentary drinks, spirits, and food. Two flat screens with CNN, coffee bar, and food buffet. Daily newspapers available too.
    JenJune 2016
Worth a DetourBetter than the UA and AA lounges in B. Food was good, with salads, sandwiches, soup and snacks. Nice drink selection. If connecting B to C, this is the best lounge to wait in.
    DavidMay 2016
SatisfactoryThis lounge is very new with modern accents. Food doesn't look appetizing but beverage selection is great. Very convenient for Jetblue and Emirates passengers.
