    Needs ImprovementDO NOT ENTER! Worst experience in a lounge, Support staff very unprofessional, Pigeon were flying in the area, Poor food options & food quality is so bad, don’t eat it. Most of the lounge was empty.

    Worth a DetourI fly business class. Wanted a shower and was denied. Guy said I’m not business class even tho it’s clearly stamped on my ticket. Other than that it wasn’t too bad.

    SatisfactoryGarbage food. Chicken nuggets and vadas. Didn’t touch it. A lady violently COUGHED all over the food in front of staff. I told them they needed to change the food. They did nothing.

    Worth a DetourStar Alliance Gold membership should get you in for free even if you're not flying Air India. Basic food selection but has what you need if not picky. Large open area, lots of seating w power.

    Air India Maharajah Lounge does not currently accept reservations. We are working on it and hope to have it soon.
