    SatisfactoryRecently refurbished. Space for PP members is separate from main lounge. Much smaller with cramped, unattractive seating. Food quality and service as before. Feels like a downgrade.

    Worth a DetourThe lounge is big and ambience is good. Had some coffee. Could not get a chance to eat, as I was late for the flight and I already had breakfast at the Amex lounge.

    SatisfactoryVery hot, no proper AC. Small bathroom. Limited food menu.

    Needs ImprovementDisgustingly dirty carpet and chairs in the lounge. Good selection of food. Bathroom untidy. A staffer rinsed out facecloths in sink and rolled them up on a tray presumably to reuse.
