Needs ImprovementYou get 3 glasses of box wine. The toilets is atrocious, decided it’s time to leave when I saw a baby roach.

OutstandingDon’t get what’s with all the negativity, this lounge is great. Good food selection, nice place to chill - definitely a “solid” for me. Sure there are fancier things out there but this is fine.
David•December 2018
SatisfactoryA very average lounge for the price. Other than the free wifi, local beer and cask wine, it is not good value. The chairs were uncomfortable, no real aircon and I did not dare enter the shower.

SatisfactoryStaff snarfing, hocking and washing their faces in sink while you wash your hands adjacent in men’s room. It’s a nice touch. Nothing special here and certainly not “solid”. It’s super basic.

OutstandingSaturday evening, the lounge is not crowded and is very comfortable / quiet. There is a good selection of food and unlimited drinks (at least for beer I was told so at the bar). Highly recommended.

Worth a DetourExcellent comfortable but small lounge. Plenty of good quality food, drink fridges and a live cooking station that does omelettes for breakfast. Warm, but have AC units. Alcohol expensive.
James•September 2018
Worth a DetourVery fresh food being refreshed during my visit. Enjoyed a barista style coffee and eggs for breakfast. A little warm as the sun beams in through the windows but they do have AC units in place.
Andrew•September 2018
OutstandingThe lounge was comfortable. There was a buffet with hot dishes & desserts. There was a beverage selection (up to 3 alcoholic). The toilets were clean. Only complaint is that the lounge was quite warm.
John Gabriel•September 2018
Worth a DetourProbably the best lounge in DPS. Delicious food, clean lounge and plenty of daylight.
Mark Chua•September 2018
Worth a DetourLots of space when I entered at 930am. Food options were good with a cooking station serving eggs, noodle dishes and pasta. Plenty hot food and cakes. Bonus 15min foot massage. Beer, wine and soft inc.
Annette•September 2018
SatisfactoryThe pros: The lounge had a lot of sunlight. The lounge was comfortable. The cons: we spotted a roach in the bathroom and on the floor at our dining table. There were flies on the fruit. Not clean.

OutstandingPerfect lounge. When I went, there was even a live noodle station. It was awesome. Food tastes very good, even the sweet stuffs. Very clean place.
Ahmed•August 2018
OutstandingMuch better then the very crowded and stuffy Premier Lounge next door. Free 15min foot massage. Live cooking station. Wine/beer limited to 3 drinks per person. Came @ 0930am was the only one there.
Peterr•August 2018
Worth a DetourSurprised at the bad reviews. Was busy but way better than just sitting at the gate! Don’t bother bringing bottles of water out though, they will not let you bring it on the flight.
taffy•July 2018
Worth a DetourAccepted Priority Pass plus one guest no charge. Good food, snacks and beer/wine all included. Would use again.
Mckenzie•May 2018
SatisfactoryFood is a cut above most standard lounges with freshly cooked eggs and pasta to order. Everything else was sub-par. The place was crowded with limited AC means it’s very hot, and the WiFi is poor.
Anonymous•April 2018
Worth a DetourBetter than the Premier Lounge. 3 x Alcoholic drinks, rest are free. Chef making fresh pasta and omelettes was a nice touch. Crowded when we were there but staff are friendly.
Taggart•March 2018
Worth a DetourNot sure why the bad reviews but much better than premier lounge. Food is OK! They actually have 3 drinks per person and the reason is because the wine selections are much better.
Michael•March 2018
Worth a DetourBetter than expected based on reviews. Only one alcoholic drink per person but food was made on order and was decent. Good Wi-Fi.

Needs ImprovementCould use some cleaning and finding a corner seat with a portable aircon is a must. Friendly staff. Food is lacking in both options and taste. Not the worst but definitely not great either. YMMV.
Clay•September 2017
Needs ImprovementIt's okay but no AC but not worth 330000 RP, only 1 beer or glass of wine, free food was okay, staff good.
Anonymous•December 2016
Needs ImprovementEven though they have a sign showing admittance for oneworld Emerald, I was not allowed entrance, even upon showing my Emerald status card. Been in plenty of oneworld lounges. Poor form.
Brian•May 2016
Worth a DetourThis is not bad but with no air conditioning, it is pretty warm. The staff are very friendly and you get one beer or wine with your entrance. You also get a 15 minute massage and free slow wifi.
Scott Henry•May 2016
Needs ImprovementOnly one glass of wine or beer is free. Food has good variety but very bad quality.
