SatisfactoryThe food was better than average for breakfast. Minimal power access and entirely too over crowded. Drink selection limited and hard to obtain when busy. Would prefer general population.

SatisfactoryJust too crowded, seats were sleeping people's, there were reasonable food in this price. The access of CX Elite AE has changed, can only get in with PP.

Needs ImprovementWhat a disappointment. People sleeping everywhere, hogging seats. No seat available to simply enjoy a coffee and unwind for the upcoming holiday. Avoid this lounge during the morning rush.
