Cathay Pacific The Cabin

Terminal 1 (inside security) -

Editor's Note

Contemporary, refreshing, and dynamic, The Cabin is ultra-modern in design and introduces brand new seating and dining concepts. A red carpet links the whole space, bordered on one side by floor-to-ceiling windows and on the other by signature white marble and warming wood walls. The high gloss ceilings reflect a variety of stylish custom furniture.

A hidden gem with smoothie bar, hot sandwiches, wine bar, and private working areas. Food was better than average, but no dandanmin like The Wing. This is better overall though.

My favorite of all Cathay Pacific lounges at HKG, size is just right and has most of what you need.

If you're looking for quiet, personal spaces, the pods are great! The lighting makes the lounge a perfect place ro relax. The food is okay and the drinks are good. There's also a great view of planes.

Great lounge with comfortable seating and nice food and drinks. On par with the other Cathay lounges but can be crowded sometimes. A good option if your gate is in the main terminal hall.

A very well equipped business lounge with a fantastic smoothie bar, great hot and cold food choices, plenty of areas to relax and be productive, and nice Tarmac views.

This is a comfortable waiting place.

Completely packed when I was there in the afternoon, but still a top notch lounge!

No showers, but for that has coconut juice. Maybe there is synergy here.

Comfortable but smaller than the other CX lounges, seats by the window has great view but there's only a handful n always full, food choices are much less than The Wing and slightly disappointing

Smaller than the other CX lounges but it's perfect for tight connection flights as it's located among gates. After all it has almost all amenities but showers.

Good view of the aircraft! Food is reasonable and service is good. Although the lounge is busy, the IT Zone has lots of quiet pods - good place to hide!

Great views of the airport. Good juices. Nice panini bar. Self service hot food. Full bar. Better than the Wing I think. Not too crowded.

Supposedly the healthy option of the Cathay lounges with fresh juices and teas. Doesn't feel too comfortable. A bit too dark for me.

Stylish, modern lounge. The window seats give great views of the Tarmac & mountainside, there are good food options for any appetite, and a smoothie bar! Convenient access for connecting flights.

Always full. Better to go to The Wing or The Bridge.

While this place has no hot food, and can get packed, this lounge has a great juice selection.

Great atmosphere, sort of a hip feeling like you're at a popular bar. Lots of different areas. Really a nice lounge. Only reason it is not a 4 star is because of the Pier lounge at HKG as well.

Plenty of comfy seating and excellent views. Fresh juice bar is very refreshing. Worth checking out after The Pier if you have a flight leaving from a low # gate.

Very hot food selection and lounge manager is able to actually help if you have delays or need assistance. Also served Moet Champagne at the long bar. Usually crowded but less so than the Bridge.

Smaller of the Cathay lounges. Convenient to the "30's" gates. Quiet. Not crowded at all on the Thursday morning I visited.

The lounge is relatively good but not nearly as good as some of the other ones in HKG.
