SatisfactoryMeh. For a home station lounge, it is pretty mediocre. No Bloody Marys, only wine or Bikini Blonde brew (which is a good brew).

Needs ImprovementWas denied access to this lounge at HNL while traveling on an HA first class ticket. So disappointed! They sent me downstairs to the Premier lounge, which had no food. Need better reception staff.

Needs ImprovementNo idea why Hawaiian would build a lounge for first class customers and make it like this. You would think in Hawaii, Hawaiian Airlines would have a premium lounge. Won’t fly first class with them again.
