Worth a DetourSolid lounge. Clean w/ modern furniture and plenty of places to sit. Nice tables to eat a meal. Food is decent - all Asian dishes. Basic selection of alcohol. Worth a visit pre-flight.

OutstandingGreat lounge. Good hot food and snacks. Make your own drinks with decent liquor choices. 10am on a Monday and lounge was virtually empty, such a nice change from normally jam packed American lounges.

SatisfactoryFood is very meh. Light snacks.

Needs ImprovementNo access for oneworld Sapphire, flat out no... beware and don’t waste your time trying, even as customer service phone agent says yes, but lounge adamant “no”.

Worth a DetourIt’s better then most lounges but not as nice as regular Admiral lounges. I LOVE the open bar and Ramen. Just what I needed.

Worth a DetourAs others have said, food is sparse but the lounge is large and was empty at 3:30pm. Selection of beer, wine, liquor for self-serve and nice windows overlooking the gardens.

SatisfactoryTook forever to be admitted, very basic lounge. Like a cleaner version of a lounge in Indonesia.

Needs ImprovementI didn't believe it was possible to have a food selection that was worse than the UA lounge.

OutstandingFood: there is a meals side and snack side. The meal selection for morning was minimal and sufficient. Seating: was plentiful and comfortable. Alcohol: serve yourself!

Worth a DetourClean, friendly service, high quality alcohol.

SatisfactoryLimited food and drink service. Simple decor. Good Wi-Fi connection.

SatisfactoryStrange lounge, felt very neglected and dated. Food options were interesting, matcha tea and instant noodles.
    CarlDecember 2015
Worth a DetourFinding entrance stairways is tricky (it's on two sides of a food court). Nice modern clean seating, most with good views. Basic soups, cup noodles and danishes (which is more than at other lounges).

SatisfactoryInteresting JL/AA lounge with an Asian feel. Some Japanese snacks and drinks. Looks out onto the garden area. Lots of seating. Rather simple decor.

SatisfactoryThe staff is incredibly friendly, and while the food offerings aren't much, it beats the hell out of most Admirals Clubs. However, the Wi-Fi is really really bad, it goes up and down constantly.
    EricMay 2015
Needs ImprovementThe worst ever as a premium lounge :-) It is a joke! Wifi down, both times I was there, food = crackers, drinks from the self service fountain. If no free access, don't waste your time and money!
    planetruthApril 2015
SatisfactoryAdequate, clean and comfortable. Limited alcoholic drink selection, some food.
    LauraJanuary 2015
Needs ImprovementThey have power outlets and some drinks. Not much more

OutstandingLots of great food!! Stuffed my face with mini ramen and snacks!
    EstherDecember 2014
Needs ImprovementVery limited options for food. Two different soups to be exact. Expect to leave here hungry unless you're ok with eating snacks for a meal.
    ItaiMarch 2014
Needs ImprovementWhat an embarrassment to AA. " pretty limited " above really means minimalistic and disgusting !
    RickMarch 2014
Worth a DetourThe decor of this lounge is more similar to that of JAL's Sakura than that of an AA Admirals Club.
    EdwinFebruary 2014
SatisfactoryClean, friendly service, but the size of the lounge is fairly small. In addition, the selection of food is pretty limited.
