SatisfactoryStanding room only, low on drinks at 4:30pm. Update in October at noon - 3/4 full, F&B the same except they have a pop-up mimosa bar, which is nice. Better than the gate.

Needs ImprovementPar for the course for UA. Disorganized. 4PM on a Sunday and not a seat to be found. Skip this lounge. Don’t bother with a United lounge membership. You will be very disappointed at most airports.

Worth a DetourNice comfortable lounge with good service and plenty of snacks. Biggest issue is cell service. The business rooms have one bar signal for both Verizon and AT&T. A small repeater would go a long way!!

Worth a DetourGood space, lots of outlets, tables and chairs. The fridge of drinks is gone, so all drinks come from the bar or coffee machines only. Bummer, but the cocktails are made right.

SatisfactoryThis lounge is the least desirable UA lounge at Dulles. It is dim, dark, and crowded, as it serves all of the D gates. The C17 club is a better bet.
