SatisfactoryJust okay for a Delta Sky Club. Took ages to get checked in and food was mediocre.

SatisfactoryDecent enough lounge in an otherwise dingy terminal. It’s a typical Sky Club; however, the showers are old and gross. Suggest showering in the T4 lounge.

Worth a DetourOnly cold options for dinner. Very crowded at 6pm on a Thursday. Otherwise OK.

Needs ImprovementDON'T USE THE SHOWER. The water doesn’t get warm, and water pressure is very weak. The room itself is cold. There are two shower heads but only one worked. Food is a joke, bananas are your best bet.
    RogerApril 2018
SatisfactoryThe baby brother of the T4 lounge. The bar tender was friendly. There's a buffet with soups, salads & cookies. The layout is a bit confusing but results in lots of private nooks to work or relax in.

OutstandingMaravilhoso!! Atendimento excelente. Boas comidas, bebidas, banho quentinho!!! Otima experiencia na minha conexao de 14hs! Equipe muito prestativa. Ambiente confortável e familiar! Vale muito a pena!!

OutstandingVery clean lounge. The showers are beautiful, food is good.

Worth a DetourPersonale gentile. Buon assortimento di cibi da frigo già pronti. Non tanto il buffet. Fornitissimo l'open bar, quello che chiedi te lo danno subito. Tutto sommato la lounge è OK.

SatisfactoryOpen bar opens at 8 am. Not much there until later, breakfast pretty generic. Not worth the $29 guest fee to bring someone in.

Worth a DetourGood space, some food and beverage options. Showers are decent.

SatisfactoryNothing special. AE Platinum can only honor the card holder, no accompany kids...

SatisfactoryInternet quality is very poor. Bathrooms not particularly clean. Free beer includes Brooklyn lager (nice touch). Limited selection of food. Good soup and hummus. Great service at entrance. No windows.
    LuisApril 2017
Worth a DetourPerfectly adequate. Nice bar area, and plenty of outlets. 2 showers, which are nothing spectacular. Good overall food options, but mainly of the snack variety except for 2 soups.
    BradDecember 2016
Worth a DetourThis is quite a large and busy lounge. There seems to be plenty and varied seating area. There are large windows overlooking the tarmac area. Not here for food, etc. The outdoor area is great!!

Worth a DetourVery basic and not much snacks or foods... Wifi is mad slow too.
    Louis Y.May 2016
SatisfactoryJust an average-at-best lounge. Furniture is dated and uncomfortable, OK snacks and small plates, but no option to buy premium food. Up charges for premium alcohol. Terminal 4 is def better!
    MichaelApril 2016
SatisfactoryPremium food and alcoholic beverages can be purchased, otherwise light foods and red/white wines and some beers are complimentary. Should have more outlets but sufficient when lounge is not full.

SatisfactoryCertainly nicer than the public areas. Dated decor and usually cramped. Good staff. Typical Sky Club snack and drink offerings.
    ShaneNovember 2015
SatisfactoryJust about everything is a paid upgrade. More than snacks? Paid upgrade. A margarita? Paid upgrade. Not quite sure what your $50 entry actually buys. Typical Delta experience. Staff was great though.
    GregNovember 2015
SatisfactoryPleasant staff, lots of seats (not a lot of private nooks, all very open seating). Fresh food and a well functioning fancy coffee machine. Air circulation is pretty loud and only Fox News on the tv.
    BrianJune 2015
Needs ImprovementAn absolute dump. This lounge has a distinctly Soviet-era feel; then again, the entire terminal feels like a packed bus station.
    SebastianSeptember 2014
SatisfactoryFood is ok, decent amount of space but hate being charged for specialty beers by a bartender. Budweiser is free, however.
    AndrewSeptember 2014
Worth a DetourThe service was great and so was their food

OutstandingLove the new T4 sky club. It rocks.
    SheraMarch 2014
OutstandingBar staff is super attentive. Lots of room, outlets, and TVs. Standard Sky Club snacks.
    PatrickDecember 2013
Worth a DetourStandard Delta lounge. Good breakfast, plenty of extra seating behind the check-in desk. Nice to have showers in a mainly-domestic terminal.
    DavidDecember 2013
Worth a DetourMy suggestion would be to bring your own food, as the food is quite average.
    MitchellNovember 2013
SatisfactoryUse the Delta lounge in Terminal 4 if this lounge isn't open!
    BillOctober 2013
SatisfactoryJust like T2, this lounge is always too crowded because Delta pushes too many flights through this small terminal.
