    Needs ImprovementRidiculously crowded! Line at the entrance, line to the men’s room, line at the bar, line for food,... has to be my least favorite of all the Sky Clubs I’ve visited. I’ll skip JFK next trip!

    SatisfactoryI used to like this lounge a lot. Mostly because I would take early flights & it wasn’t crowded. Unfortunately, it’s more crowded now in general & they changed the bar area from sitting to standing.

    Worth a DetourBig but definitely crowded. Like an actual line to get in! The food was OK. I wouldn’t write home about it but decent for snack or light meal. Definite shoutout to the smiling staff.

    Needs ImprovementOften crowded, boring/mediocre food and indifferent service for the masses of people who use it. It is perpetually disorganized and not very relaxing or quiet. Delta should do a lot better for JFK.
