    Needs ImprovementThis lounge is mediocre for a business class lounge and evident that this company has collapsed. Ethers is no ambiance - terrible decor, completely impersonal. Rubbish food and staff stopped caring.

    Worth a DetourThe people who work here are extremely helpful and nice. The food selection isn’t bad and the drinks are okay. Honestly, it was the service that I throughly enjoyed. Didn’t want to leave!

    OutstandingSpacious and comfortable with nice desks if you plan to continue working on your computer. Wi-fi connection is good. Food and drink selection very good.

    SatisfactoryLarge lounge. Usually quite crowded. Fairly uncomfortable chairs. Clean. OK staff. Restrooms and showers. Free slow to medium speed wifi. Far too few power outlets. Low selection of beverages.
