    OutstandingThe lounge was immaculate. The staff worked tirelessly to keep it clean and sanitized. The bathrooms were spotless. The food items individually wrapped. Super comfy, clean furnishings.

    Needs ImprovementLooks OK from outside; however, staff are very rude at front desk. Would not let us in! Showed them boarding pass (business) and Qantas Club card with no luck.

    Needs ImprovementSlow is exactly the word! Limited food choices, and mostly empty trays. Staff that couldn’t be bothered to assist. Lack of mugs, crockery and cutlery. Very basic food that is tasteless.
