SatisfactorySmall lounge but I have been in worse. My complaint was my UA Club Membership was not recognized. I had an expired UA Star Alliance Gold card which they accepted. Food was OK. UA Lounge food is worse.

Worth a DetourIt’s a small, even tiny lounge but they have an excellent buffet and selection of drinks as well as everything one need. Might be a good alternative, especially if the others are crowded.

Worth a DetourQuiet when there is no SQ flight and Wifi was fast. The restrooms are a bit off but overall a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of KLIA.
