SatisfactoryThis lounge needs a cleaning, I mean deep down scrub. I don't see anything wrong with the furniture, just the cleanliness of it.

Needs ImprovementRudest lady on the front desk. Learn some social skills!
    AnonymousDecember 2019
Needs ImprovementThe front desk lady was uninterested and rude. She wasn’t willing to answer any question, very poor experience.
    TiffanieDecember 2018
Needs ImprovementPriority Pass only allowed entry between 12 noon and 6pm!
    DannyDecember 2018
Worth a DetourNo issues with PP. Decent food and drink and comfortable seating. Close to PFC if you also want food. Give yourself 15-20 mins each way if coming from Term 2/3. Worth the hike.
    TerryNovember 2018
Worth a DetourIt wasn’t crowded on a Thurs night. I came here to shower up before my 15 hr flight. The shower was clean and had everything I needed. I’ll keep coming here until the Centurion opens up at LAX.
    AnonymousOctober 2018
SatisfactoryAlways extremely crowded. Lots of the seats are very worn, food options don’t look great. Free wine and drinks are good. It’s a better option than sitting in the terminal I suppose.
    AnonymousOctober 2018
OutstandingQuiet, chill lounge with a good amount of options — was here from 7-8 pm on a Tues night, and they had pizza, sushi, and chicken wings, also soup and a ton of bev options.
    IvetteSeptember 2018
SatisfactoryPriority Pass used to allow us in any time. Now if we take a late international flight, we are SOL.
    GabrielAugust 2018
Worth a DetourAverage food options, spacious but dingy carpets and lounge chairs.
    ErikaAugust 2018
Needs ImprovementIt’s silly to claim Priority Pass provides access to this lounge. 12 to 8 makes the lounge useless for most flights. It’s lame that there is no lounge at all in one of the biggest terminals most of the day.
    RebeccaJuly 2018
OutstandingGreat variety of food. Pizza, fried rice, chicken pieces, sandwiches, sushi, soup, Fruit, cake and cereal. Help yourself to wine, beer, soft drinks. Shower rooms brilliant. Toothbrushes available.
    AnonymousJuly 2018
Needs ImprovementFirst experience as PP w/Chase Reserve. NOT a good start. Were “greeted” w/contempt & terrible attitude from front desk AND supervisor who refused to sell us a day pass. Highly disappointed.
    StephyJune 2018
SatisfactoryNo plates left and only rice as hot food. No champagne or sparkling wine and only 3 wine. choices. Overall very disappointing, balcony is the only vaguely redeeming feature.
    RichardJune 2018
Worth a DetourAverage lounge. Non so great choice of food but ok. Comfortable seats. Drinks are OK.
    FabianoJune 2018
Needs ImprovementAs LB notes, they do not offer one day access passes. If you are a Chase Sapphire Reserve card holder, you must present your PP card to access or you will be denied.
    TKApril 2018
OutstandingJust a short walk to the Korean Air KAL Lounge, and entry with my Priority Pass. I was pleasantly pleased with the facilities; staff and above all the outstanding customer service. Rick American Flyers

Worth a DetourOne of the biggest lounges I have been to. Easily seats about 250 people. Nice balcony that over looks the terminal shopping area. Mostly finger food like sandwiches, and instant noodles.
    AnonymousMarch 2018
Worth a DetourArrived on Priority Pass at 2 pm. No problems whatsoever, friendly check-in. Lounge full but not crowded. Food options limited but OK. Nice to sit on the balcony.
    MarkusFebruary 2018
SatisfactoryCame in with Priority Pass at 1PM, clean, decent service, some alcohol and food (nothing special but better than nothing). Pretty crowded for a mellow day at LAX.
    AnonymousJanuary 2018
Needs ImprovementPriority Pass members are not allowed in after 8pm. Cancelling my PP membership if this isn’t fixed.
    Nikos GiannopoulosJanuary 2018
SatisfactoryThis one is about as basic as it gets. Bathroom is clean enough which is nice. Fairly crowded on a slow day in the terminal. Used plates and napkins everywhere. Food & drink selection is VERY limited.
    JakeNovember 2017
Needs ImprovementDirty chairs & ripped carpets, gum on chairs, very limited food, self service bar: NO cocktails. No place to stretch out during a long layover. Worst club room, apart from one in Borneo! A disgrace.
    AnonymousSeptember 2017
Worth a DetourGood snacks. Nice service. Clean bathroom. Internet is ok. Sushis are also okay. Not crowded and you can lay down on the benches too.
    János DézsiSeptember 2017
Worth a DetourAlaska Terminal 6 to Tom Brad (International) possible. Just a long walk thru hot tunnel connectors. No trains or speedy walky things. About 1 mile. Decent food selection. NP Priority Pass.
    LeonardSeptember 2017
SatisfactoryLove the airy space and terrace. F&B is really limited, but enough to tidy you over (finger foods, cup noodles, chips/salsa). Wifi is decent. Entered w/ PP, no issues.
    SirLouAugust 2017
Needs ImprovementClosed to Priority Pass members after 8pm.
    adubJune 2017
Needs ImprovementFood choice is mediocre, drinks are only slightly better. It is not of the level expected from Air France or KLM or KAL!!
    AnonymousJune 2017
SatisfactoryLower end of international lounges. Often crowded. Typical selection of food- finger sandwiches, maki sushi & small self-serve bar. Several bathroom stalls & the showers were out of order.
    KellyMay 2017
Needs ImprovementWalked all the way across the airport to get here at 8am only to find they mysteriously stay closed until after 9am. Sweaty hot and very disappointed. Other lounges are open.
    AnonymousApril 2017
Worth a DetourTons of outlets and seating. It's all relatively comfortable. The food is mostly finger food - small sandwiches and fruit etc. No complaints!
    KateApril 2017
SatisfactoryNice furnishings and ambience. Mediocre food and quite crowded. Accessible from Terminal 4.
    DaveMarch 2017
Needs ImprovementThey wouldn't let me in. No Priority Pass members allowed, because it was too full.
    AnonymousFebruary 2017
OutstandingShowers are clean, power outlets everywhere. A mix of comfy seats, the most drab looking are the most comfortable. At least 3 benches without overhead lights to take a nap. No private rooms.
    AnonymousFebruary 2017
Worth a DetourA nice large lounge overlooking the peasants. Extremely limited food selection for so many airlines using the lounge. Small finger sandwiches and pretzels. Lots of electrical outlets. Good views.
    Richard February 2017
Worth a DetourDecent basic lounge, but getting dirty...Someone needs to reupholster all these chairs. Super fast wifi is nice.
    Jon BrownJanuary 2017
Worth a DetourNice and clean lounge with decent amenities and comfort. Hot food options are very disappointing. Service is just above average.
    NitinJanuary 2017
Needs ImprovementTerrible lounge. They said they were closed to Priority Pass members after 8 pm and to update the app so it would show the right times. Did that and it still said until midnight. Waste of time.
    HAMRJanuary 2017
Needs ImprovementPerfect spot to be humiliated and mistreated because you show up with a Priority Pass card. If it is not open full time Priority shouldn't even offer it as an option. Don't waste your time!
    ABDecember 2016
SatisfactoryBeware, there is restricted access for Priority Pass holders... noon to 8pm only.
    AnonymousDecember 2016
SatisfactoryNot sure if this is new or not but as of December 2016 at least, Priority Pass access is restricted to noon-8pm. Just be aware.
    MikeDecember 2016
Worth a DetourA little long in the tooth and basic, but pleasant.
    QTDecember 2016
OutstandingThe beige chairs are looking a bit dated in the front lounge, but the remaining sections and patio are both in very good condition and make it more than worthwhile. Decent food selections.
    B. MadOctober 2016
OutstandingShowers are really nice. Food is ok... instant noodles, cold sandwiches. Selection of drinks is pretty good.
    AnonymousOctober 2016
Worth a DetourGood if you're in terminal 4 or Tom Bradley international terminal. It's a short walk from terminal 4. They had cupcakes, pretzels, chips, a few sandwiches, noodle soup, sofa cans, juices, coffee machine.
    AnonymousSeptember 2016
Needs ImprovementThe once beige chairs are so filthy that they're black. The food is nonexistent, worst lounge food we've had anywhere truly. Sad for LAX.
    SaraSeptember 2016
Worth a DetourNice views of the terminal, decent atmosphere, bar was self serve and wine list was non-existent.
    WillAugust 2016
Needs ImprovementNo Westpac affiliated access. Lies.
    AnonymousJune 2016
SatisfactoryBelow average lounge. The lounge performs very poorly when compared to the other options at LAX. Some finger food and packaged noodles. Full bar. Great seating area overlooking terminal. Poor wifi.
    SandeepJune 2016
Worth a DetourGreat lounge with a nice selection of snacks. Comfortable seating and many charging ports. Will use again.
    Jonathan HarmonMay 2016
SatisfactoryBad food. Comfy chairs. Sterile feeling.
    ceoMay 2016
Worth a Detour✅ quiet, clean, comfortable with nice views over airport concourse below. Great roomy showers. ❌limited food options, many of the saggy chairs need replacing/updating.
    P--and--TMay 2016
Worth a DetourVery comfortable but poor food choices.
    HiMay 2016
Worth a DetourComfortable, decent drinks, could have better appetizers/food.
    AnonymousApril 2016
Worth a DetourLight and airy, the lounge has views of the plaza below and an interesting terrace. Limited food and beverage offerings although this may be related to the KAL flight timings. It was very quiet at 930a.
    SimonMarch 2016
Needs ImprovementThe food selection is very poor.
    JamesMarch 2016
Worth a DetourOK lounge, many seats, food is OK, just sandwich and fruits, no bottled water.
    LiMarch 2016
Worth a DetourClean, big and nice location overlooking the terminal. Food/alcohol selection is just ok. Fruits, chips, Korean noodles. Comfortable space but service could be better.
    KeitaJanuary 2016
Worth a DetourA great place to retreat and relax. Love the balcony overlooking the terminal. Food was nothing too exciting but more substantial than domestic lounges. Worth a visit if you've got a few hours at LAX.
    ToneiNovember 2015
Needs ImprovementFood and beverage options are just about the worst that I've ever seen in an international lounge.
    KenOctober 2015
Worth a DetourNo real food options besides some little snacks. Huge, ample room, quite and comfortable.
    DarrelOctober 2015
Needs ImprovementPoor food selection, location is ok but I have been to better lounges. I wouldn't recommend this to other passengers traveling out of LAX.
    EoghanSeptember 2015
Worth a DetourNice lounge. Not enough outlets in the seating areas, but great service. Self serve bar was nicely stocked, too.
    RobynJune 2015
SatisfactoryIt works- definitely better then the average domestic lounge but not by much. Reallllllly wish they had champagne but beggars can't be choosers on Priority Pass, I guess :)
    KennyMay 2015
SatisfactoryFood is slightly better than a US domestic lounge: cold sandwiches, fresh fruit and vegetables, chips and salsa, instant noodles, and muffins. Self serve bar with liquor and wine.
    KazuApril 2015
Worth a DetourHad to wait 10 min at 12:30 on a Monday to get in. Check in agents were overwhelmed, but the cleaning staff was super nice. Luggage lockers are available and there are 3 shower suits. Key is needed.
    AngelaMarch 2015
Worth a DetourA barn of a lounge that was packed to the gills when I was there. Lots of broken plugs throughout made finding a place to charge a challenge, but I still found plenty of food and drink pre-flight!
    AnonymousMarch 2015
SatisfactoryReasonable lounge. Comfortable seating, plenty of power plugs. Sandwiches, chips and salsa, fruit, instant noodles available. Self serve bar with limited liquor choice.
    StefanoFebruary 2015
Needs ImprovementSad sad sad. The pathetic lack of quality snacks or cocktails cements SkyTeam's third rate reputation.
    NealDecember 2015
Worth a DetourNot a bad lounge. Food selection is pretty poor. Same with the alcohol. But it is a nice place to escape the crowds.
    MikeDecember 2014
Needs ImprovementNo veg food for veggies, that is a first for me!!!!!! All meat no veg sandwiches, guess what - we had peppers to EAT!!!!!!!!
    AnonymousDecember 2014
SatisfactoryClean and comfortable. Very limited food selection, think finger sandwiches and cup of noodles (albeit good cup of noodles). Self serve bar with average booze, limited beer selection.
    GregSeptember 2014
Needs ImprovementI was not allowed to use the lounge despite being a Delta Sky Club member and a platinum level frequent flyer. I was told this was because I was flying on Turkish Air which is not a SkyTeam airline.
    Hello!July 2014
Worth a DetourBig lounge with plenty of seating. Light food including small sandwiches, fruit, chips/salsa, chocolate chip muffins. Self serve open bar with beer (Cass or Budweiser) and a few different liquors.
    JoshMay 2014
Worth a DetourThree showers available, and plenty of seating with power ports galore! Snacks and drinks are also available.
    NickMarch 2014
SatisfactoryThis large lounge has clean bathrooms, and offers a variety of foods: sandwiches, chips and salsa, fruits and vegetables. However, this is a bit far from the boarding area.
    RyanJanuary 2014
Worth a DetourSmall food selection, but there's a variety of instant ramen. In addition, there's a self-serve bar and open fridge of soda. Though it's a nice lounge, it's lacking compared to other intl lounges.
    DavidDecember 2013
OutstandingWhen I was here waiting for a red-eye flight, there were only a few people. The WiFi was fast enough to load Netflix videos, and the amenities were good.
    KiyomiNovember 2013
SatisfactoryThis is your typical US domest airport lounge. Though it's comfortable enough, it's not noteworthy at all.
    ThomasOctober 2013
SatisfactoryDespite this lounge being clean and better than the terminal, it's quite lackluster, with its oft-crowdedness and pathetic food selection.
    AndrewOctober 2013
Worth a DetourNice, clean, and quiet lounge with 2 showers and self-serve drinks. However, the food is quite limited in this lounge.
    CameronOctober 2013
Worth a DetourThis lounge offers nice snacks, including little sandwiches that I really enjoyed.
    AdriOctober 2013
SatisfactoryLight lunch and self-serve bar available. Very busy in the afternoon. Poor WiFi speeds. Sprint/Verizon have horrible voice/data coverage. Quiet place in the INTL terminal.
    MattAugust 2013
Worth a DetourThis lounge has a very European feel, and offers nice snacks and light meal service. Plenty of seating, LED TVs, and cool mood lighting can also be found here.
