Needs ImprovementMust be booked 5 hours in advance. 10am Thursday denying all Priority Pass customers in attempt to upsell access to the “premium” lounge for an additional £15, not in the spirit of being PP..
BaxterOctober 2018
Worth a DetourBusy lounge even early morning 5.00am. The service is good but not so great choice and quality of food.
FabianoSeptember 2018
SatisfactoryAlways turning people away, even though they have loads of seating available. Very disappointing.
Joao CarlosSeptember 2018
SatisfactoryThis lounge is set up as a bar rather than a lounge with a centre bar and tables around it. This makes it noisy and offers little privacy for a quiet stay. No buffet and a little, uninspiring menu.
MattSeptember 2018
Needs ImprovementPriority Pass don't waste your time. This lounge should be removed from their list. Never allow access and have a convoluted reservation policy. Go directly to the Grain Store. Great place.
AnonymousSeptember 2018
Worth a DetourGreat food. Noisy. Nice staff. Could have wished for a bigger selection of soft drinks.
JuliaSeptember 2018
Needs ImprovementWas told they were full and to come back in half an hour. Went back and was told they would only take upgrades at a cost of 15£. House of lies.
AnonymousAugust 2018
Needs ImprovementBureaucratic service, poor selection of snacks and drinks, crowded.
JohnAugust 2018
Needs ImprovementTurns away Priority Pass members.
WarrenJuly 2018
Needs ImprovementCan't speak to the quality of the lounge. Like so many other reviews say, they turned my Priority Pass away, claiming they were full and that I should have made reservations ahead of time.
Steen PedersenJune 2018
Needs ImprovementWould not take Priority Pass because at capacity but let several people without a reservation in.
KemperJune 2018
Needs ImprovementBasically they don’t allow PP members entry, even at 6.30am - because they’re “full”.
JulianJune 2018
Needs ImprovementPicks up radio and states to her supervisor: “we have another Priority Pass user.” She then put down her radio and said “sorry we are at capacity.” The group behind me was granted space.
JosephApril 2018
Worth a DetourIt's a surprisingly decent lounge. ALL the PP holders having issues, you need to realise you're at the bottom of the queue everywhere. I would be very angry if a lounge is packed, mostly by PP people.
BryanMarch 2018
SatisfactoryIf you don’t have a PP booking, staff are unlikely to allow access, claiming the lounge to be ‘full’. Once inside, awash with uncleared tables. Hot food to order, with a limited buffet. Drinks fine.
GeorgeFebruary 2018
OutstandingSecond time here, got in both times on my Priority Pass without trouble. A bit crowded both times, but great food and drinks and excellent service. The staff works hard and it shows.
AnonymousJanuary 2018
Needs ImprovementEssentially unavailable to Priority Pass without a reservation. Confirmed by attendant on duty. I’d skip and go straight to Grain Store in the S terminal.
Nathaniel MooreJanuary 2018
Worth a DetourYou must order from a set menu split between before and after 11am. Limited choices. Clean and comfortable but not the friendliest staff.
AnonymousDecember 2017
Needs ImprovementCouldn’t access at 8AM on a Friday due to the lounge being at capacity. Apparently a reservation is required in advance. This is a bit silly for an airport lounge.
YounesDecember 2017
Needs ImprovementInaccesible at 3pm on a Saturday. Felt like attendant was just trying to upsell me to the Clubrooms and they want you to pay the 5£ to reserve a spot.
AnonymousOctober 2017
Needs ImprovementPlace is awful, make a reservation 24 hours in advance apparently for a whole lot of nothing.
AnonymousSeptember 2017
Worth a DetourGot in on a Sunday at 5pm on Priority Pass. Good food, drink and dessert. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere.
AnonymousSeptember 2017
Needs Improvement'We are fully booked' seems a common rhetoric. Turns back Priority Pass members. Offers to let in for £15. Diabolical. The place is dirty anyway!
KenSeptember 2017
Needs ImprovementPriority Pass inaccessible at 07:45AM on a Tuesday. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Pretty disappointing.
PaulAugust 2017
OutstandingLuxurious but slightly lacking with food in comparison to other No1 lounges at different airports.
DavidAugust 2017
Needs ImprovementPriority Pass not welcome. The lounge states they are full but there are plenty of open seats. Then they try to sell you club access. Scam. Priority Pass should cancel and find a reputable lounge.
AnonymousJune 2017
Needs ImprovementThis lounge struggles with capacity issues - I have often been turned away at off-peak times and when I do get in it's busy with few spaces suitable for working.
AnonymousJune 2017
Needs ImprovementTurned away @9:30AM on a Monday with Priority Pass Select. Attendant said they were "fully booked" but offered access for £12.50. Went to a restaurant instead; had breakfast for £7.
AnonymousJune 2017
SatisfactoryWe were turned away after being told that a reservation was required.
BryanMay 2017
Needs ImprovementFood options quite low, staff are too busy cleaning up after loud and drunk stag and hens parties to take any notice of the mess elsewhere, and the lounge is so loud you have no hope of relaxing.
BrendanMay 2017
Worth a DetourBeen refused access a few times with a Priority Pass due to capacity reasons. Otherwise, decent lounge. Not brilliant offering of food, but OK drinks-wise. Silent room available, and amazing view.
AnonymousMay 2017
Worth a DetourGreat lounge, views to tarmac, comfortable and nice, but very limited food options at the bar. Most food you order at the waitress for free from a menu.
AnonymousJanuary 2017
SatisfactoryRead the reviews regarding Priority Pass members not getting in so I asked if it was busy first. The lady said no so I said great, I can use my Priority Pass then! Got in no problem. Food was nice.
AnonymousNovember 2016
Needs ImprovementRUDE and unhelpful staff. No communication between North and South terminals regarding access. (LoungeBuddy - this is not good for your reputation listing these). This is not a proper lounge.
RichardNovember 2016
Needs ImprovementImpossible to get in with Priority Pass unfortunately. They should take it off their list.
ScottNovember 2016
Needs ImprovementDon't even try to get in with Priority Pass. It's not happening.
Carlos GarayOctober 2016
Needs ImprovementPP member denied entry again into the Gatwick lounge (they said due to capacity but they were letting people pay to get in!) and there are no alternatives in this terminal. Not cool.
AnonymousOctober 2016
Needs ImprovementVery noisy indeed. Minimal food options. Not enough carpeting to muffle the clanging of crockery from the kitchen. Resembles a fast-food burger joint. Strictly for the "Benidorm" crowd.
KPSeptember 2016
Needs ImprovementThree personnel standing in the entrance with zero interest in the guest. Laughed at my Priority Pass, was not allowed because it was full. Horrible attitude.
Joakim JardenbergSeptember 2016
Worth a DetourI managed to get in! Was a little busy but not too bad. Slightly odd entrance but great design inside with lots of seating options. Food was OK and everything was very clean. With a stop.
The Flying PenguinAugust 2016
Needs ImprovementGood luck getting in if you're a Priority Pass holder. Ain't gonna happen.
Chris Van PattenJuly 2016
Needs ImprovementForget this lounge. Unavailable for Priority Pass due to overcrowding.
David ShellyJune 2016
SatisfactoryIt's an okay lounge. Gets busy and the "meals" are about two bites. They charge for prosecco. Great big windows though! Typical food options that are satisfactory. Strong wifi!
ErikaJune 2016
SatisfactoryOkay lounge. The front desk people, Laura especially, will lie to block you from getting in. Meals aren't great. But it gets the job done.
Dr PazMay 2016
OutstandingThe lounge is very spacious & I got complimentary food & drinks. I didn't try the other stuff (shower etc) but waiting for your flight in this lounge while you're in Gatwick is definitely recommended.
TommyApril 2016
Needs ImprovementYou had to make a reservation 48 hours in advance. It could not accompany 1 single person traveling. Not even for a pint. Are you kidding me?
LondonApril 2016
SatisfactoryLounge is comfortable; however, limited food. Only had flapjacks and some slices of cake on my visit, albeit they do have a small menu you can order from (1 dish complimentary). Service not v. attentive.
