OutstandingThe main differences between business and first class lounges are:
-Less crowded
-table service dining
-premium alcohol (ie JW blue, Remy XO, etc
This is consistent with the BA First lounge in T3.

Worth a DetourLounge is overall very well done. Bar area seating is a little disappointing only because power outlets (for US plugs) weren't all working.
