Like no other airport lounge, the Concorde Room is the epitome of elegance, the perfect setting for both relaxation and business. Inspired by the finest 5-star hotels, the space is adorned with luxurious furniture and traditional chandeliers, creating a calm and exclusive environment for First passengers. Enjoy inspired cuisine with elegantly designed private booths and full waiter service, providing you with a truly memorable fine dining experience. The Concorde Bar serves complimentary champagne and wines, as well as freshly ground coffee and afternoon tea.
NOTE: British Airways First passengers departing from Terminal 3 do not have access to this lounge.
This is one of the most sophisticated lounges I have ever been in, fantastic food and drink on offer and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Premium champagne and spirits available.
Sunday morning at 9:30. Very crowded. Barely able to find a seat. Wait for dining. That said, excellent first class lounge. Food and bev are outstanding.
Can get crowded for the dining area. Offers 3 private cabanas with showers/couches and international calling. Some seats are a little worn down. Free 15-20 min spa services. Recommended.
C'est sublime et haut de la du réel.
Not all it's hyped up to be. Like... It's nice but DEFINITELY not worth the price of a first class BA ticket!! Found the private "cabanas" very anticlimactic and rather dirty...
I would recommend using the Concorde Room is you're flying First Class!
Excellent dining, wines and service. Large, with a terrace overlooking the concourse, and somewhat crowded. Book the spa online before going and sign up for a shower as soon as you get there.
A bit worn down and in need of a refurb. Service takes ages, quicker to go to the bar yourself. Head to the first class lounge across the hallway for better food!
It's always good to relax in this lounge! If you need a nap, book a cabana.
This is how airline lounges should be, a quiet oasis for the premium traveller. Can get busy, but can always find a quiet spot. High quality food and beverages, plus excellent selection of wines.
It's nicer than your typical BA lounge but it is NOT a first class lounge. Ironically, Virgin's Upper which competes with BA business is 10 times better. The Champagne here tho is the best-LP Gr siecle!
Greatest lounge - has all the amenities!
Spacious, airy lounge with full service staff, waiters for breakfast and elegant seating areas. My favorite area was the balcony area overlooking the terminal below.
I guess it is expectations. I thought this would be akin to an upmarket hotel's private dining / lounge. Alas, it was super busy and crowded with harried staff - more like the lobby of a family motel.
Though we enjoyed the Concorde Room's dining room, we preferred the self-serve options in the huge, crowded First Class Lounge.
Not a bad lounge; clean & comfortable. However, not as nice as the Concorde Room at JFK. More crowded also.
Comfortable lounge with plush furnishings. When it's quieter the staff really excel. Drink selection is great too with some genuine premium choices. The terrace is good but service is sparse.
Good lounge, There's a good range of breakfast options and eggs to order. The showers are located next to the Elemis spa, they were clean but old looking. Prebook spa treatment, it's very busy.
Great lounge - only issue on previous visits is the amount of people, can get a bit noisy at certain times in the day.
Entrance is just after security.
