Top-notch design, good food and drinks. Feels like a high-end W Hotel in an airport. Game room, kids rooms, private sleeping rooms, and cinema make this a fantastic independent lounge.

This is an excellent lounge that offer great food, spa services (i.e. manicures, pedicures, etc). The service is also terrific. I thoroughly recommend this lounge!

This is a pretty fantastic lounge despite the optional extra charge features. This is easily the best easy access lounge in LHR.

Would be nice without kids running around.

Nice area away from the bustle of T3. Good service & staff. Buffet food is still not covered by sneeze guards & with sneezing around I did not again partake, but a good menu of delivered dishes.

It was worth it to unwind in this lounge for a 7-hour layover. The cinema is a great feature to kick back a few movies and pops.

Reasonable selection of food, including 1 hot snack included in entry. Service was good at the bar and the seating etc was very comfortable. Slightly busy, but great experience overall.

While quite busy it's spread out enough to have a bit of room. Nice view of the runway as well.

This is a very nice lounge with a stocked bar, and good snacks. The library area looked nice, but was reserved. The games room is pretty unique.

Limited selection of food, but very nice food indeed. Have a lot of options to relax - go to the snug in the bag if you want to lie down. Beverages has a wide variety.

This lounge was pretty fracking great. Roomy, good food, excellent spa (killer massage), nice view, zippy Internet, nice staff. Best lounge of all the Priority Pass lounges I've been to.

Lovely calm lounge with good snacks and drinks. Staff very friendly. Too many of the additional rooms, three in all including the library were reserved with no one in them.

Excellent. Modern with a little bit of quirkiness thrown in. Food lovely and freshly prepared. Furniture quality.

Flying economy so decided to cash in a Virgin frequent flyer perk for cheap entry to this lounge. Still a comfortable and quiet escape from the main airport, but service is somewhat lacking today.

Very nice lounge, especially for a Priority Pass entry one. The comparison to a W hotel is pretty accurate - more new age here, with nice little rooms.

One of the best easy access lounges. However, it can get very busy. Good selection of snacks. You need to pay for the meals & they are expensive for tiny portions & poor quality.

Very good service and interiors. Steep price tag, but worth it when they have enough capacity to let Priority Pass in. Nice food too.

i cant see the top most review

Great little place to escape the masses, very peaceful and good facilities. Worth the money if you're here for a few hours and in a drinking mood.

All spirits, beers and wines were free, good quality food. Slightly busy, but plenty of space to spread out.

Probably the best lounge I've been to for young kids. Food always been good, and plenty of space with different rooms for different purposes (eg snug, cinema room, kids room, etc). Lounges done right.

Was here over breakfast. Very busy but nice lounge. Tried the massage but had to leave early due to flight. Poor timing on my part.

Beautiful lounge, much more civilized than the Admirals Club. Outstanding Indian food buffet spread at lunch time.

Plenty of charging stations. People tend to take a complete couch to themselves, or two with families. Food is okay, beer and wine, coffee and juice. A bit pricey in the end for 3 hours.

Very bad place! Impolite people in the receptionary didn't allow me to go in with the excuse they were "full" and not taking people with credit card access, while a lot of other would go in. Never return.

Phenomenal staff, ambiance, spa and accommodations - this will be my go to destination whenever traveling through T3.

The nicest staff & quiet in T3.

Used lounge multiple times with Diners card. After discussion with a senior staff member, turned away as they were "full" although still accepting other people in the queue. Policy not advertised.

Overall a good lounge. Although was busy! I found it didn’t have any good quiet spots as the library was being hogged by a large family. The food and drink selection was good. Bathrooms were clean.

Lounge was comfortable and staff friendly. We stopped off before an early flight, plenty of fruit and cereal but hot food limited - and restricted to one item per person, unless you pay extra.

Really not worth the money. Poor selection of food. Cinema room is nice but freezing cold & staff are not able to adjust the temperature. Limited waiting service so you have to order at the bar.

NOT worth booking at all! Do not waste your money going here!! You are only allowed one small meal only. VERY crowded but pleasant staff on reception. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Limited hot food selection, cold entrees were good. Not busy late morning.

Nice lounge but with several cut offs in the last months. Less food available, and showers no longer free (10£ cost).

Easily one of the best Priority Pass offerings. Nice food and drinks with comfortable seating.

Steve Paice

A good lounge. Freshly prepared food as well as buffet. Many different areas and good views. Can get busy.

Nice place to relax and enjoy a drink or two, very stylish with comfortable chairs. A bit on the small side however, and may get very crowded.

Really enjoyed the ambiance, decoration, comfort, the fact that it has spa and private rooms. Food is okay. Such a treat for a nice layover time.

Jorge Padilla

Hard to say which one of the Priority Pass lounges is better. This lounge has order in service and a cinema quiet room which was a great touch. Both lounges are definitely worth the detour.

Not very large and it was crowded. There are some sandwiches for free and some options to buy. Comfortable sofas, if you can find space. Very good service and spa for a fee. Soup and salad bar good!

One of the nicest lounges I have seen. Possibility to order (free) food from the menu is also very nice bonus.

Excellent setup with good food and drink options. Only downside is that it can be very busy at peak times, with all the comfy sofas and chairs filled up.

Nice lounge. Food could be more filling but great overall setup 4/4.

One of the best lounges I've stayed in, excellent hot food and snack (and drink) selection. Fantastic showers and comfy seats. Good magazine selection too. Highly recommended.

James Griffiths

A nice and quiet hideaway from the busy terminal. Great selection of food, from the buffet or made to order (free of charge). Wifi is reliable too which is perfect for work.

Hot food to order. Decent cold food options. Nice bar. Cozy space with a theatre and spa.

Great little lounge if you don’t have status or C/F class tickets. Small food selection, choice of 5 items, limit 1 order/visitor. Decent bar. Wouldn’t pay £40 but it was free with Priority Pass.

Has a variety of services not usually available - library, cinema. Not a big fan of having to order hot food off a menu with a bartender and wait a while. I prefer a buffet to grab my food and relax.

David Shelly

Much better than I expected. Small but nice selection of hot and cold foods, lots of seating options and areas to work or relax.

Early morning flight 8am on Sunday. Relatively busy in lounge. I don’t know when they changed, but now you can only order one hot food item off the menu as opposed to a buffet...

A very nice experience. Staff all very friendly and attentive. A little noisy depending on who else is there. Showers excellent. Only £30 when you pay online and £23.50 if with Virgin Flying Club.

Best food, full bar and game room.

mike Costello

Has all the facilities and more. Excellent food.

Very impressed by the lounge. Premium food selection is very good and breakfast had a good selection of pastries, tea and coffee, fruit and drinks.

I was hoping to find some peace and comfort in No1 Lounge, because Terminal 3 is always crowded, but the lounge was incredibly crowded as well. The lounge is too small for such a busy terminal.

Drink is fine. Seats are comfortable. Not much selection for food.

Hot, noisy and overcrowded. All the quiet areas blocked off. Staff were friendly but it was not a relaxing experience.

Nice lounge. Everything is complimentary but champagne. Hot food to order was decent. Beautiful private rooms and theater. On demand spa services. Glad I took the pit stop.

Great selection of included made to order hot entrees, as well as cold food bar. All alcohol is complimentary except Champagne. Two local draft beers, plus another 5-6 bottled, including one cider.

Nice lounge, shower included. Complimentary buffet and some meals made to order, tasty. Spa services have fair rates. A little crowded but is fine. They have both British and European electric outlets!
