Located in Terminal 4 (Outside Security). Located in the Terminal 4 Arrivals Area, take the escalator or lift up to the entrance on the Mezzanine Level.
    Travel times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Airports may require you to re-clear security and immigration control to reach the lounge. Clearing security might require a boarding pass departing from the terminal. For lounges inside security or immigration, you must first check your baggage and obtain your boarding pass.
    Worth a DetourBest of the three arrivals lounges (T2,3,4). Hot buffet to self-serve what you would order at T2 arrivals. Nicer design than the others; however, the product is basically the same.

    Worth a DetourHave used this lounge a few times for a shower on arrival. However, for the last month + the kitchen has not been working. So no food apart from a poor selection of nibbles. Very clean showers.

    OutstandingThis was great! We arrived after a flight from China and were self-transferring to Italy. We had a tasty three course meal, a comfortable shower and a pleasant drink. Thumbs up.

    OutstandingExcellent made-to-order 3 course meal. No buffet. Best food I've ever had in a lounge. No windows.
