SatisfactorySmall and overstaffed, which results in bad service. There's an attendant in the very small bathroom fishing for tips. Also, staff insists on bringing stuff to your place, instead of waiting.

Needs ImprovementLong PP wait times (1 hour, 45 min) to get in on a Wednesday afternoon. Service could be friendlier. If you have access to this lounge, there are several others with better amenities you can access.

Worth a DetourSmall lounge with limited recliners, good food and a great alcohol menu. Excellent service but extremely slow wifi. They have complimentary spa treatment in the morning only so missed out on that.
