OutstandingLong narrow lounge. Several different buffets with different options. Two bars and good drinks. Bathrooms clean and nice. Food was substantial, enough for a meal. Must exit security to fly United.

OutstandingPuts Admirals Club to shame. Some speak of overcrowding....maybe I caught it on a good day? Yes there are people here but nothing prohibitive.

Needs ImprovementJust stay at the gate, because that’s what your Platinum card membership gets you here. Delta treats us better—you get in with a boarding pass instead of being gatekept. Thumbs down, AmEx.
