    OutstandingGreat views, super staff, lots of seating & charging options, good food selection, dark hall with toilet & shower rooms - only complaint was that there was no easy place to refill your water bottle.

    OutstandingSurprisingly United outdid themselves on this one! Too bad service on Polaris flights to Singapore from SFO leg is so sparse & inadequate compared with other international airlines. What a let down!

    United Airlines Polaris Lounge does not currently accept reservations. We are working on it and hope to have it soon.
