Across from Gate C5.

Show travel time from other terminals

This is a small, but nice lounge that's a nice place to wait for a flight. There's a pancake machine for breakfast, and soup for lunch.

Quiet lounge with local beer on tap. Great location as SFO flights from PDX almost always leave from C4 which is next to the lounge. Very spacious and modern. Definitely make a trip here.

Only pretzels, crackers, and clam chowder is offered. I'm not impressed.

Tried to get in with my lifetime memberships at AA and DL lounges, which has always been granted due to reciprocity agreements. Not so here when you are flying Southwest. Agent at desk was very rude

Small but cozy with comfortable furniture. Maximum capacity 95. 3 alcoholic drinks per customer. Limited snacks.

Quiet lounge with good beer. Can't ask for much more.

Didn't have my Priority Pass card with me but was able to get in with my membership # (which I got from searching my inbox; membership #'s in the monthly emails from Priority Pass) and ID.

Okay-ish lounge. Plenty of drinks and snacks to go with them.

A lounge with a soda fountain and coffee machine, random biscuits, an empty pot of soup only...

Small but well managed and quiet. Good snacks and local beers.

This is an older-feeling lounge with minimal offerings. I certainly would NOT PAY for it - but it's fine for Priority Pass. Staff are professional - ans quite helpful if you're flying Alaska.

I would characterize this lounge as a purely basic one.

Christoffer Nielsen

Seems overall a little run down; some of the chairs should be replaced. Staff was very friendly, good location in the airport.

Friendly staff and very clean. But this lounge is extremely small and undersized now that it's open to AA Admirals Club members. Official capacity is 95 and it felt like more.

The lounge is a little bit dated, but I always look forward to the soup and snacks on my evening flights out of Portland.

This Board Room is OK. Lots of available seating & several work stations. The food is pretty limited to snacks, pancakes, yogurt, juices, & coffee drinks. Some cheeses & veggies mid-day.

Julie Simmons

Great little lounge with friendly agents and decent variety of food and amenities. Free alcohol and hot soup, pancakes, and snacks! Nice space to spend some time before your flight!

The reviews are all spot on. Not the fanciest lounge but does the job and then some, in part because of a super super friendly staff.

Pancake machine is Ah-mazing! Service was good, as was the view.

Kira Campbell

If only looking for a quiet place, this will be fine. Near complete lack of food combined with a very small seating area, and only large round tables too low to work on made the stay disappointing.

Gregory Carlisle

We arrived when the lounge was almost completely full. Nevertheless, the snacks were delicious, the beer and wine was great, and it was decently comfortable.

I have visited this lounge frequently ever since it opened. It's a lot more crowded than it used to be, but still a nice respite from the terminal. The pancake machine is fun, good brews and coffee.

Friendly staff! Lounge space is small and can become crowded but I've always found a seat. They serve Sbux coffee via machine and offer a complimentary range of wines.

Staff is not clear on guest policy. Information listed as unlimited guest is not correct. They limit you to only 2.

When at capacity, Priority Pass members are not allowed. I was told to come back in 15 minutes.

Nothing to eat other than crackers and chips. Nice folks and very clean.

Not allowed with Priority Pass.

Chee Pung Loy

Priority Pass lounge but would not honor membership.

Denied Priority Pass access even though the lounge was mostly empty. Agent claimed they were waiting for first class passengers.

Gregory Mueller

Got in with 3 guests with Priority Pass Select thru Chase Sapphire Reserve. Was told max of 4 guests though website info said 2. Alaskan Amber and Bridgeport IPA on tap, friendly service.

Lounge never accepts Priority Pass. Pass is a waste.

We've never been denied access here with our Priority Pass membership. Sometimes it does get too crowded to find a decent seat. Service has mostly been good.

Had to wait a few minutes on a Tuesday around 5pm to get into the lounge due to capacity issues and accepting Priority Pass. Was informed starting 5/1/17, this lounge will no longer accept PP Select.

Didn't accept Priority Pass due to space constraints.

FYI Priority Pass through CSR IS ACCEPTED except when the lounge is at capacity and there is a sign on the front that on the desk stating NO GUESTS of Priority Pass members allowed.

Not accepting PP card members

Cun Wen

Capacity control for Priority Pass members. Couldn't get in.

Mike Huang

Priority Pass accepted on a Saturday, early evening. Tiny lounge but basics are covered, staff is super sweet. Give it a shot.

Did not accept Priority Pass.

Even when the lounge is practically empty on Labor Day evening, Priority Pass holders are not allowed in!

The only lounge at the airport so it's worth the detour since the other option is the gate. Had no issue with Priority Pass access despite the lounge being busy. Access is clearly listed at the desk.

Mike Scott

Decent lounge considering the other options are businesses, but hardly what you would expect from an airline whose hub is the same airport. Small. First time getting in using PP Select, usually full.

Crowded. Limited food & drink selection that disappeared rapidly due to the crowd.

Access not available to many Priority Pass and Lounge Club holders because of "capacity". Sign seems to be constantly out of the door these days. Not really available option at PDX.

Small and cozy lounge with free hot pancakes. Hand lotion in bathrooms is a nice touch. PDX is so small it's worth a detour to get a small snack. Nice staff. Update : replaced takes with loungers.

I don't know how many times denied access due to capacity... They just leave the sign up all day. Nearly every time when I look in there's plenty of room.

Excellent service and a relaxing lounge with complimentary food and drinks (including alcohol).

Smaller but comfortable seating. Eat at Capers and come in to relax.

Good snack and beverage options. Nice view of apron and gates. Feels cramped and tight. Prefer their other lounge.

5:30pm on a Sunday and couldn’t get in.

Denied access with PP through CSR. Was told the lounge was expecting first class passengers and they were too full even though it was empty.

Not accepting Priority Pass. At least they were kind enough to have a sign outside the lounge that states it up front.

Said don't accept PP card at 9am.

They were accepting PP when I arrived. By the time I left 30 minutes later they had the no PP sign out. This lounge is pleasant. Not extravagant. Food is OK. Service is good. Bathrooms are clean.

I just started getting into using airport lounges. I was willing to give this a chance. That said, smallest & worst one I’ve been too. Clam chowder was fantastic though. Very small for a hub airport.

No access for Priority Pass members. Frustrating.

Unless you get to the airport at 7am or earlier it seems there is never room for Priority Pass members. Definitely needs expansion. Could be a convenient time for an all over update as well...

Very small lounge, but adequate for a short layover. Friendly staff, limited food, limited bar.

Always rejecting priority pass - what’s the point of pretending they’re part of the program?
