OutstandingFood quality has been dropping, lounge has been more crowded, staff sometimes not very nice, but overall a great lounge at PIT since it’s the only PPS lounge. Not worth paying to get in though.

Needs ImprovementWe were here for breakfast. The toaster was broken, eggs watery, no cream cheese, no banana, no bottled water. Terrible food. Comfortable space for work. I don’t recommend it.

OutstandingNice space. Crowded Friday at 6p, but Priority Pass was still being admitted. Nice selection of hot and cold food and drinks.

OutstandingMuch better after the recent remodel. High quality for an independent lounge similar to an Amex club.
