Located in International Terminal A (Inside Security). Immediately after security, turn left, proceed up the escalators and follow the signsTravel times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Airports may require you to re-clear security and immigration control to reach the lounge. Clearing security might require a boarding pass departing from the terminal. For lounges inside security or immigration, you must first check your baggage and obtain your boarding pass.Needs ImprovementVery small lounge which means it’s almost always full. Very limited facilities and refreshments. Only use as a last resort - other oneworld lounges are better.Andy•January 25th, 2020
Needs ImprovementSmall, crowded with mediocre food and drink selection. The Cathay lounge next door is head and shoulders above this.SJA•October 22nd, 2017
Worth a DetourPeople who give this lounge a bad review have way too high expectations for an airline perk. It is clean, quiet and the food is adequate. It is not a restaurant. The lack of showers knocked it to 3.Joe•August 3rd, 2017
Needs ImprovementMight be the worst lounge I have ever been to, especially from such a great airline. I can't find a single thing to compliment it on. Crowded, no showers, basic food & drink.Troy•October 10th, 2016
