Located in Terminal C (Inside Security). After passport control and security, turn left and proceed through the Duty Free Area. Take the elevator or escalator located near Gate 143 to the 3rd Floor.

Clearing security might require a boarding pass departing from the terminal. For lounges inside security or immigration, you must first check your baggage and obtain your boarding pass.
