Located in Terminal 2 (Inside Security). Take the elevator up to Level 4, Zone A of the Departure Hall.

SatisfactoryOverall it suffices in a pinch. If there’s no other option it suffices. Food is cold and rarely cleaned up/replaced, seating room is cramped and tight right and washrooms are dirty.

OutstandingUse the big lounge at the far end. Great hot food straight from the counter. Has showers. Comfy tables. Better than the usual PP, definitely the highest food quality.

SatisfactoryEXACTLY like every other Plaza Premium lounge in the world...but worse, in as much as the nicer benefits such as private rooms are an extra cost. I left after 5 minutes.

Needs ImprovementLike the EVA lounges, seats are so close together. The VIP seats are extra cost of $30+.
