  • Air Canada has provided the following information: In light of COVID-19, the following measures will be implemented at this location: Floor decals and markers will be added to assist in social distancing efforts; a plexiglass barrier has been added at reception; self service buffet has been replaced with individually packaged and wrapped food offerings; a new app has been introduced for customers to order food directly to their seat; self service alcohol options have been eliminated in favor of assisted bar service; newspapers and magazines are only available in digital format; high touch surfaces, seats, and tables will be cleaned after each use; dedicated washroom attendants will sanitize washrooms after each use; customers and lounge staff are required to wear face masks.

    Travel times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Airports may require you to re-clear security and immigration control to reach the lounge. Clearing security might require a boarding pass departing from the terminal. For lounges inside security or immigration, you must first check your baggage and obtain your boarding pass.
    SatisfactoryPre-COVID service levels are back with a buffet and self-serve bar. No more disposable plates and cutlery and cold food. Still not the best lounge, but a huge improvement to return to pre-COVID levels.

    SatisfactoryOne of the most underwhelming Air CANADA lounges I’ve been in. Decor needs a facelift, and very few food options.

    Worth a DetourDefinitely the best lounge in terminal C, terminal B got better lounges overall though.

    Needs ImprovementDecor resembles something from 1980s. Seen cleaner toilets in a nightclub at 3AM. Coffee yech. Only go if other option is sit on tarmac in a blizzard.
