  • Air Canada has provided the following information: In light of COVID-19, the following measures will be implemented at this location: Floor decals and markers will be added to assist in social distancing efforts; a plexiglass barrier has been added at reception; self service buffet has been replaced with individually packaged and wrapped food offerings; a new app has been introduced for customers to order food directly to their seat; self service alcohol options have been eliminated in favor of assisted bar service; newspapers and magazines are only available in digital format; high touch surfaces, seats, and tables will be cleaned after each use; dedicated washroom attendants will sanitize washrooms after each use; customers and lounge staff are required to wear face masks.

    Worth a DetourBetter than your average North American domestic lounge. Open bar, some actual food selections and windows with some tarmac views. Busy but big enough to handle it.

    SatisfactoryPretty underwhelming. Compared to even the Plaza Premium across the way the food is sub par. No hot food after 7:30pm. Compared to their competition this was disappointing. Spacious but quite crowded.
